Elaine is an experienced professional with over 35 years in business development and financial planning. She holds a bachelor's degree in business management, a master's in adult training and development, and has completed coursework towards a doctorate in organizational development. Elaine has been licensed as an Investment Adviser at Wells Fargo Bank and presently maintains an insurance license in 18 states, including Florida, for life, health, and annuities. Additionally, she aids non-profits in acquiring their 501(c)(3) status and provides compliance training to preserve their non-profit standing.

vERNAL cAPRON, Managing Director & Co-Founder

Vernal boasts 19 years of experience in Legacy Planning. He started his career as a Licensed Mortgage Broker in 2004 and later owned his own Mortgage Company. In 2020, he broadened his services to include Tax Planning, Long-term Care, Health, Life, and Annuities by acquiring his 215 licenses and Tax Preparer certification. With a diverse financial background and a dedication to his clients, Vernal has continually expanded his knowledge to better serve both individual and business clients.

Theodore, an alumnus of Howard University with a Bachelor's degree in International Business, possesses 14 years of experience in training and development, marketing, and motivational speaking. His entrepreneurial mindset has propelled him into roles where he has successfully guided teams to achieve their monthly and annual targets. He recognizes the significance of personal development and leverages it to help our clients and staff attain their objectives.

Carla Sephestine, Managing Human Resources Consultant

With over three decades of experience in Human Resources Management, Carla offers extensive consulting expertise, encompassing payroll services and bookkeeping. Her Business Management degree and certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources render her highly sought after for ensuring compliance with labor laws and managing payroll for both established and new businesses. Additionally, Carla holds a 215 license, qualifying her to offer group policies and retirement planning services to both employers and employees.
